Wow! I can’t believe it took 15years of living in Fredericton before I experienced MOCO. Absolutely delicious food! Great service! Definitely a new favorite!
The ambiance is warm and inviting, with rustic decor and soft lighting that sets the perfect mood for a cozy meal. But it's the food that truly steals the show. We had the shrimp fettuccine (Chef’s special) and chicken Marsala, amazing flavours. I highly recommend both dishes. For an unforgettable taste of Italy right in your own neighborhood, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit!"
The dine around Freddy meal started out great with the apps, Seafood chowder was excellent. Our table chose two of the three mains on their fixed menu, both were small portions, dry and had very little taste. We have eaten at Moco several times in the past and did not expect this, very disappointed.
If I could get this restaurant six stars I would. Danielle, our server, Wise outstanding. She had enthusiasm and a great knowledge of the menu and he guided us in our choices. We shared everything with no room for dessert! The calamari as a starter was fabulous, we had A very delicate beet salad, and then the most outstanding menu item was the chef special, a pasta with duck and a cream sauce. Unbelievable! I wish we lived closer to this restaurant, as opposed to having driven eight hours here from Boston! We will recommend this to friends and hope that this review helps others select MOCO. The atmosphere is beautiful with a very upbeat buzz.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at MOCO! The food was exceptional—one of those places where you know anything you order will be delicious. The atmosphere was versatile, perfect for any occasion, whether it's a romantic dinner, a family outing, a get-together with friends, or even a work gathering. What truly made our visit special, though, was the service. Vanessa, our server, was a standout. She guided us through the menu, offering insightful recommendations on the classics and sharing her personal favorites. Vanessa's warmth and humor made the experience even more enjoyable! She immediately connected with our sense of humor—sassy, sarcastic, and bubbly—and kept the mood light and fun throughout. If you're looking for excellent service paired with a few good laughs, definitely ask for Vanessa’s section. She made our visit memorable, and we can’t wait to return!
Great place to eat. A little on the expensive side but worth it. Had the chicken parm with rose sauce. Service was friendly and accomodating. Would definitely recommend!
What a lovely place. Excellent service, and creative Italian offerings, both in food and drink. The Paper Plane cocktail and martini were terrific, as was the organic Sangiovese. The beef pappardelle, linguine Florentina, Sicilian calamari and beer salad were very, very tasty. Generous portions, not huge but not lacking, either. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.
Special mention:- Kelcie is phenomenal This place is so elegant, calm and welcoming that you just got to try it yourself to experience it all. The food is great! Perfect level of spice and cooked to perfection. The salmon is one of their classic and is a fan favourite so that is a must. We got mini salted caramel donuts and boy are they delicious! All in all, it’s always a great experience coming here with family and friends and i highly recommend everyone to visit when you are in the area. I will be back again very soon
